Terms of Platform Service & Leverage Execution

Legal Framework Effective Date: Jan 18, 2026 | Document Revision Reference ID: TOU-2026-V4

1. Account Authorization & Jurisdiction Eligibility

By initializing the account deployment flow, you certify under penalty of perjury that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have attained legal adulthood status within your specific geographic residency boundary. The platform explicitly forbids deployment, registration, or execution of digital assets by residents belonging to internationally sanctioned trade blocks or restricted regions.

2. Market Volatility & Account Liquidation Waiver

CRITICAL OPERATIONAL RISK CLAUSE:

Automated ledger engines systematically recalculate balance margins dynamically every millisecond. If margin ratios breach protocol boundaries due to high market volatility, the system will trigger structural asset liquidations immediately without prior notification.

The platform does not guarantee stable portfolio valuations. All automated margin parameters, platform slippage boundaries, and liquidation cascades are final. You accept all algorithmic trade calculations as non-refundable system mutations.

3. Prohibited Exploitative Tactics & System Injunctions

Users are strictly prohibited from implementing low-latency price arbitrage strategies, market manipulation mechanics, database exploits, or programmatic API front-running sequences. Discovery of any malicious scripting logs or non-standard automated request frequencies will result in an immediate asset freeze, account termination, and a full forfeiture of remaining capital balances.

4. Class Action Waiver & Binding Jurisdictional Arbitration

All legal actions, asset disputes, or transactional claims arising from this platform architecture shall be settled exclusively via final binding legal arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). You explicitly surrender your constitutional right to initiate or join class-action litigation frameworks against corporate platform entities or active node validators.
